Q: What does no shrink wrap mean?
A: These boxes have had the outer clear shrink wrap removed at the retailer before sale in Japan. These are great for opening as they are cheaper and still sealed with the front pull tab on the box.

Q: What are damaged boxes?

A: Some boxes we receive are damaged in shipping. We sell them at a discounted price since they have imperfections and therefore a lower value. The packs inside are not affected it is only the outer box that will arrive with some minor damage.

Unfortunately due to the nature of this hobby returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with an item being damaged in transit we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us at support@pokejpn.com
