Some boxes we receive are damaged in shipping. We sell them at a discounted price since they have imperfections and therefore a lower value. The packs inside are not affected it is only the outer box that will arrive with some minor damage.

These boxes have had the outer clear shrink wrap removed at the retailer before sale in Japan. These are great for opening as they are cheaper and still sealed with the front pull tab on the box.

Shipping is free over $150. Anything under that amount will be calculated at checkout.

A single booster box is usually between $6 and $7 depending on where you are in the country.

We ship within two business days of ordering. Our shipping schedule is as follows:

Ship Date: Wed

Order Date: Wed, Thurs

Ship Date: Fri

Order Date: Fri,Sat,Sun

Ship Date: Mon

If the shipping date is a holiday we will ship on the next business day.

Unfortunately due to the nature of this hobby returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with an item being damaged in transit we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us at support@pokejpn.com
